Geographically, we cover most of the Lower Mainland, but are strongest in Vancouver, Burnaby, Tri-Cities, North Shore, New West, Surrey, Langley, and Richmond.
We have Mandarin & Cantonese speaking team members, but most of our transactions are with English speakers.
Most of our clients are small business owners and professionals who are mostly locals. Our overseas clientele was greatly reduced by the foreign buyers tax.
Our price range is $500K – $2.5 million.
